Why Invest in India?

The Indian economy and the real estate sector in particular are high on its ride to prosperity. As India’s economic growth curve rises,

The demand for office space is expected to increase significantly in the next few years, primarily driven by the IT and ITES industry that requires an projected office space of more than 367 million sq ft till 2012-13.
